UHT Whipping Cream Product with sugar, 26% fat

An excellent product for glazing and decorating fruit salads, puddings, ice cream, and a wide variety of confectionery creations.

Ingredients:
Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm) 26%, sugar 11%, stabilizers (E420ii, E463), milk proteins, emulsifiers (E472b, soya lecithin, E472e), acidity regulators (E339, E340), salt, milk flavouring, colouring agent (E160a). May contain traces of peanuts.

Storage:
Store at temperatures between 4°C and 20°C. For best whipping results, chill the product to 7°C–10°C before use. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
