UHT Vegetable Cooking & Whipping Cream Product (26% Fat)

Ideal for preparing sauces, all types of spaghetti and pasta, as well as meat and vegetable dishes. This versatile product is also perfect for making and decorating cakes, filled pastries, cold creams, and ice creams.

Usage:
For best whipping results, chill the product to a temperature between 8°C and 12°C before whipping.

Ingredients:
Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm) 26%, stabilizers (E420ii, E460, E466, E401), milk proteins, buttermilk powder, vegetable fibers, acidity regulator (E339), emulsifiers (E472b, soya lecithin, E472e), salt, milk flavouring, colouring agent (E160a). May contain traces of peanuts.

Storage:
Store at 4°C to 20°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
